Returns and Refunds

We want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Please contact us before sending a damaged or incorrect item back so we can provide the proper return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your

payment provider's normal processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right by providing a replacement or, when appropriate, a full refund- including applicable return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in new condition

In their original packaging, when applicable

• Free from pet hair, stains,

odors, or signs of use • Purchased directly from Pawz2Clawz

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-Refundable.
